I have been involved in the development of more than 350 companies over the years.
Most of them as a venture capitalist and the main part of them were small companies.
My build up experience and knowledge about business strategy, financial workflow, financial analysis, accounting, financing, cashflow, IPOs and financial reporting has become extensive.
Large and international company workflow experience.
I have worked for international companies like Black Rock, PWC, Dell and Anoto Group. Operating in various business segments and parts of the world. Domestic companies like Telia, Basefarm, Länsförsäkringar och Agria. Besides my business, accounting, annual report, consolidated report, board and shareholder reporting skills sharpened and refined during my time with them. I have also set up and made some of them compliant with regulations and reporting regimes like BASEL, SOLVENS, ISO, K3 and IFRS.
Despite all my financially oriented education and experience. I like to think that my business-oriented mind and approach is my strongest asset. My knowledge mix, combining both sides, will probably be helpful and useful in your future business venture.

Hydrogeneric is a cleantech startup company that works with hydrogen and renewable energy technology. The company is expected to grow and reach 300 MUSD revenue in the next 3 years and has landed business in Europe, USA and Africa in the range of 60 MUSD. The company offers turnkey projects, designs, builds and maintains/services both own facilities and already existing facilities.
HNG Group AB
HNG was a Swedish company group consisting of 8 companies operating in USA, Europe(Spain, Germany, France, Italy) and Asia. The HNG group was active for more than 30-year and operated primarily in the renewable energy business. HNG produced more than 20 patents in the renewable energy field. In 2021, most of the group was sold to various investors and the principal owners made an exit.

Fintech company specialized in robo trading (stock market, futures). The technology and the company were acquired by BlackRock, Inc (2019).

Basefarm AB
Basefarm was a European managed service provider of business-critical IT solutions and operational and IT-related services on the net. It also provides services in cloud computing, digital transformation, information security, IT operations, colocation, and big data for the competitive edge. In 2018, Basefarm was acquired by Orange Business.
Orange Business was founded on 1st June 2006, through a rebranding and consolidation of the existing France Telecom businesses of Equant and Wanadoo. Orange Business also acquired giants like Business & Decision and Basefarm in recent years who specializes in Analytics, Data Science, Cloud etc. Operating in over 220 countries and territories, the company employs over 21,000 employees in 166 countries.
